The queue of things Amdahl wants a human to confirm — records it couldn't confidently normalize, mappings that look off, data-quality issues. Clearing it keeps your data trustworthy.
In the app
Open Needs review from the sidebar. Each item explains what Amdahl found and offers an action — confirm a mapping, fix a field, or dismiss. As you resolve items, the underlying data is reprocessed so downstream Data and Knowledge Base results reflect the correction.
Most items come from CRM mappings and data filters you configure in Settings → Data; resolving a review item is the fast path to tightening those rules without leaving the queue.
API & MCP
The review queue is a console workflow backed by the platform’s review-tasks and issues endpoints under /api/platform/v1/console(the same surface the app uses). There is no dedicated MCP tool for the review queue — it’s a human-in-the-loop console task, not an agent action. Browse the exact routes in the /api/platform/v1/operations catalog.
