Data sources
Internal: deal_qualification table — outcome_score (0–100 close-likelihood), outcome_band (strong / promising / at-risk / long-shot), binding_constraint (functional / commercial / technical), and axis_scores. deals table for deal amount, stage, and age. deal_stakeholders for champion and EB coverage. interactions for recent activity signals (last touch date, conversation volume).
External: None. Pipeline health is an internal read.
Living Document
A weekly written pipeline brief for revenue leadership. Not a data dump — a narrative read of the pipeline's health with a bias toward what needs attention. Sections:
- Pipeline snapshot — total open value, weighted forecast, deal count by band
- Strong/promising deals — which deals have the highest outcome scores and why; what's been driving momentum
- At-risk and long-shot deals — which deals are scoring poorly and what the binding constraint is for each
- Coverage gaps — deals missing a confirmed champion or economic buyer
- Stage stagnation — deals that haven't progressed in 2+ weeks despite recent activity
- Recommended focus for the week — 3–5 specific actions: which deals to accelerate, which to pressure-test, which to triage
This is the weekly artifact a VP of Sales or CRO reviews on Monday morning. It's based on objective signals, not rep-reported CRM fields.

Stats row (top):

- Average days in current stage across active deals
Funnel chart: Deal count and value by normalized stage.
Bar chart: Open pipeline value by outcome_band (strong / promising / at-risk / long-shot).
Table — Deal-level view: One row per active deal — company, deal value, stage, outcome_score, outcome_band, binding_constraint, champion confirmed (Y/N), EB confirmed (Y/N), last touch date, days in stage. Sortable by outcome_score descending as default.
Scatter chart: Deal value (Y) vs. outcome_score (X) — lets users see which high-value deals are at risk.
