Internal: Interactions delta — new conversations this week, interaction volume change, new accounts entering the pipeline. Deal stage changes this week from deals (new deals created, stage progressions, closures). cluster_search for new or rising themes in this week's conversations. Social performance rollup from social.get_portfolio_summary.

External: None directly — the Weekly GTM Digest synthesizes outputs from the other living docs rather than pulling raw external sources. If the other docs have run this week, it references their key findings.


Living Document

The Monday-morning briefing. One document that GTM leadership reads to stay oriented across all functions without reading 6 separate reports. Sections:

  • Pipeline this week — new deals created, stage movements, deals at risk, net pipeline value change vs. last week
  • Conversation volume — how many customer + prospect conversations happened this week, compared to prior week; any notable accounts that went active or quiet
  • Emerging themes — any new or rising clusters from this week's interaction data; what customers are talking about more than usual
  • Competitive signals — any notable competitor mentions this week from deal qualification or interaction data
  • Content + social pulse — top-performing social posts, any notable engagement spikes, brief social comparison vs. competitors
  • Cross-functional highlights — 1–2 bullets from each function's most important signal this week (PMM / Content / Rev Ops)
  • 3 things to watch next week — forward-looking: the deals to focus on, the trends to monitor, the actions to take
